Old bank charges

Just found a letter from my bank dated 2005, this is the one and only time i have been overdrawn, can i reclaim this charge of �30!!!!

You can put in a claim, but all claims are on hold at the moment pending the outcome of a court case.

Yes the bank have charged me 2k when I was a student. We are awaiting a investigation by the fsa or something.
