strange refund...

now im not complaining but i dont understand this...

i bought a pc with 3870 x2 graphic cards - long story short - their faulty. so the company is arranging a replacement of 4870 x2 graphic cards...offering me a refund of �76! You dont have to know anything about technology to know that the replacement is obviously better than the faulty one i ordered!

so why the refund? surley the newest graphic cards cost more...not less...and when i say newest, i mean the 4870 x2 hasnt even been released yet! (due for the 12th)
