However, a creditor can commence court proceedings at your last known address, so if you have moved, if they have delivered documents to your previous address, the court may have awarded a judgement in your absence.

If there is a judgement at a previous address, you can talk to the CAB and get it set aside if you didn't know about it and there is just reason.
