Hi I would like to get a contract mobile phone for me and my partner with shared minuets and texts etc. However, I have a bad credit rating and have been turned down. Someone mentioned that I could get one if I paid a deposit. Is this correct and if so do you know how much the despoit usually is? Thanks in advance Rebecca

a few years ago, when I was naughty, I had to pay orange a 100 deposit for 6 months. Tell the company you are trying to get connected trhough that you will pay a deposit. Most are too embaressed to come back to you
i would suggest www.02.co.uk cos they only tend to ask for a 50 deposit
network 3 does except people with bad credit but will ask for a fully refundable 150 deposit but only if you go through mobile.co.uk as al other online retailers won't accept it
I have absolute cr*p credit rating but I got a nokia n95 on contract from http://mobilephones.guaranteedfinance.info/sho p

Took a while to get sorted because I had to fax ID and bills etc but well pleased now.
