Is there an internet bank that can be used for executors accounts?

I don't know the answer but here's how I'd tackle the problem. I'd go to somewhere like www.moneyextra.com/compare/deposits and find a bank with attractive interest rates that did internet banking. Then I'd go to the bank's website. This should have a helpline number to ring. I'd ring them and ask. If they said no, I'd try several other banks before I gave up. Being your own executor can be hard work but it saves the estate money and it gets you through Probate much quicker. Let us know how you get on.
Have you got a book to follow? I used the Which? book when I did it for my aunt's estate.
