how can i get hold of the managing director of edf. iv got an on going problem with them. the customer advisors wont put me through. and even emails i send to the md are going to customer advisors.

im losing the will to live with these.
might just wait another 5 weeks then energy obmanton can deal with them. talking to edf is like banging my head against a brick wall
