Hello, I went to my bank this morning and noticed the amount that was in there wasnt what it should be, so I got a mini statement, and found that I had been charged 34p for overdraft fees....the result, I ended upover my limit on my overdraft and got charged 21 for getting charged 34p. I went in the bank and had a moan, and Ive got an appointment tommorow to discuss it, I am aware that the banks are not allowed to make such charges and there is a chance I can get my money back, has anyone got any good tips on what to say and if I have to take it further, where exactly do I take it to??? Many thanks

The banks can make such charges. It is still going through the courts and nothing has been finalised yet.
If the charge they applied caused you to go overdrawn they cannot then apply a further charge to that. Tell them if they don't refund the second charge you will be taking the case to the banking ombudsman and will report them for unfair and illegal practice.
The 34p was interest, fair and square.
The 21 was the penalty for going over the overdraft limit.
