its yorkshire bank and its not visa electron
So what sort of bank account is it? what does it say on your bank card for instance? (solo?)
Question Author
no its just a visa credit card....seeing as it is a credit card, your not allowed direct debits are you, obviously? but i have one going from the visa for 6.99 every month
Then it's not a direct debit, it's a scheduled debit from that account - made by whom ever is removing the money.
Question Author
its going to that credit score checker Experian Credit...i have heard stories about them. the thing is that the bank doesnt seem to be able to find the 6.99 on the visa statement
It is non of my business as to why you are paying the money grabbing skanks but I would advise that if you were going to pay them money to do it via a bank account and not a credit card. Contact them and tell them to stop charging you, if you are unable to see the deposits from your statements then i suggest you either kick the yorkshire bank up the rear end or change banks.
On the back of your credit card there is a phone number, phone it and cancel the payment.
If the payment is not mentioned on your CC statement then how do you know the payment is being made?
