Can I get information about the services provided by the Private Banking arm of a bank at any branch of that bank or do I have to go to one of their Private Banking offices?

If you went to a local branch, they'd probably make an appointment for you to speak to a relevant adviser (either face-to-face or over the phone). So you'd get the information, but only directly.

In practice it's probably far simpler to enter the name of the bank, and the words 'private banking', into Google. Then you'll find information such as this

or this

Oops! 'Directly' should, of course, have been 'indirectly!
(And I've not touched a drop yet, honest!)
