thank you for your remarks this morning .. took my mother to the theatre after lunch (her birthday gift from last month).
we toasted my late father at lunch and remembered the good times.

i'm biased of course, but he truly was the quintessential gentleman, you could not meet a more polite and civilised man, and i'm told that i do take after him.. it is just a shame that the prostate cancer was detected too late to save him.
