losing weight

hi, i know this should prob be another topic but i thought this one is full of parents that may have felt the same. my youngest son will be 2 next month and i still havnt been able to lose the weight. i had two children 11 months apart so didnt really give my body time to get over the first pregnancy. i am on the injection too which has made me put on weight more. another prob i have is not eating proper meals in the day. what's your normal daily meals and anyone have any easy suggestions for simple meals during the day?

i had babygaga nearly 2 years ago and had put on 2 and a bit stone whilst pregnant. i am usually 9 stone
i breastfed her for 4 months then started smoking again!
i lost all my baby weight in a year.
i try to stick to 3 meals per day with no munching in between (easier said than done )
and i also try not to eat after 9pm in the evening, but as im fond of a glass or two of red wine the last statement of not eating after 9 has no meaning as red wine certainly dosent help aid weight loss.
i have a weakness for crisps and could happily munch through a whole multipack every day! i try and not eat crisps but then ultimatly submit and devour 5 packets in a row.
i would recommend trying sticking to the 3 meals per day. best of luck radio xx

I find the easiest way to loose weight is too eat a small amounts regularly throughout the day, that way you dont get to feel hungry and end up gorging.
I always eat breakfast and then try to eat a piece of fruit or yoghurt every hour or so. I am under the impression that this keeps your digestive system working and helps the metabolism. You still need to eat three meals a day to keep your strength up but you might not need as big portions as usual if you arent that hungry.
You are also propbably getting enough exercise looking after the baby so use that to make yourself feel better about your lifestyle rather than getting down about the weight you are still carrying and remember that your body shape will have changed since having the kids.

I have posted before on losing weight and as you may or may not remember I am taking slimming pills which have given me the will power to get off my backside and exercise! Before this I used to look in the mirror and feel depressed but there is only one person who can change your body and that is you! Try Slimming World or Weight Watchers, you don't necessarily have to join just buy the magazines and they will give you ideas or join online if you don't have time to go to meetings. I have now lost just over a stone and only have another stone to go before my target of 9 stone and the difference is amazing. I exercise to a dvd for 30mins 4-5 times a week and walk loads and loads. My body is really toning up now and clothes are getting really loose. You can find it in yourself if you want to lose weight that badly, I made up excuses for most of the year but when you start it is addictive and seeing results really motivates you to carry on. hi tigwig, thanks for your answer. i also look in the mirror and feel so horrible, i feel as if i am 9 months pregnant again. i started the gym yesterday and am going to try and go 3 nights a week. i am currently looking after 5 children so i def get lots of energy running around after them all, which is why i dont sit down to eat proper meals-except of an evening because my partner makes me.
my problem is i want it to fall off now and have no patience.
can i ask what tablets you are using, i havnt yet found any that work?

I am using something called thermolean from www.astronutrition.com I am not sure if they are entirely legal but they really work for me. I have to admit though in the past before kids I took drugs and these tablets have a similar effect to weak whizz so if you have never taken anything like this before you probably won't like the side effects which are lack of sleep if you take them late on an evening and feeling of your heart beating fairly fast! They don't really bother me but they aren't for everyone and probably aren't very safe! However they have been very effective for me
hi i have a 2 & 3 year old after my last baby put loads of weight on but gave my self an insentive to lose weight by renewing our wedding vows in september then have a bowl of special k in morning a bowl of special k for dinner with a weight watches yoghurt then for evening meal either a small portion of meat and two veg or a weight watches meal.
and in just over a month i have lost 1 stone 3 pounds
