maybe im missing the point here . but why would you want to be giving vitamin tablets to a 5 year old anyway.

Vitamin tablets have hardly any vitamins in them , a good balanced diet of fruit and veg would provide so much more vitamins and minerals.

but as for the question sorry no i dont know any vitamin tablets for children

well my daughter has low immune and has to have a supplement .our health visitor suggested echanachea junior but she wont have it ,if anyone knows of a good supplement to boost there immune that a child likes please let me know.thanks.
S_C either you dont have children or you are lucky that yours will eat a healthy balanced diet. I put veg on my sons plate every day but he just won't eat them. I keep trying in the hope that one day he will, its a right waste of food.

hannah, Asda and Morrisons do their own brand of childrens vitamins that are like sweets, my little one is nearly 3 and he will take the Asda one as it is chewy, it could be worth trying them. Any chemist do them.

Thanks i will try them.
My daughter eats her fruit and veg but i still give her vitamins. My daughter likes "Bassetts soft & chewy vitamins A,C,D & E. a good all rounder i think. You can get orange or strawberry flavour. Not too expensive either. I get mine from Bodycare.
my next door neighbour, who i go round to for tea every couple of weeks or so, gives her 6 year old these chewy vitamin tablets that come in orange or strawberry.
if you do buy the haribo ones please please please ensure they are completely out of reach of your child.

They do not have childproof lids and, tasting like sweets, an adventurous child can easily help themselves.

I know from terrible experience.
haliborange make an orange flavoured liquid multivitamin that can be disguised in a glass of orange
I give my grandchildren fish oil tablets and they are orange flavour, they love them
