Just having a rant - bought a pair of Clarks sandals off Ebay Size 4 brand new - when they arrived they are most definately not a 4 but more a size 3. I have small size 4 feet and very slim. I think thats why this person sold them, they knew they were not a true size 4. Waste of 15 quid.
I will know have to resell them on Ebay, grrrrrrrrr
I brought shoes that were a size 7 on ebay and they were massive on me. The shoes said size 7 (UK) and it was just unfortunate, I now know in that particular shop I am a size 6 and not a size 7... I'm like woof and seem to have different sized feet depending on which shop I'm in.
It's a pain but if it says 4 on the sole then I really don't think it's the sellers fault. Hopefully you'll get your money back.
So when you sell them on are you going to admit it says 4 on the sole but IYO it is a size 3 ? If you do would anyone want to risk your judgement ? Maybe better to give them to a charity shop and learn from the experience.
Dotty - that did cross my mind. I think she may have bought them in an outlet shop, as the size 4 is printed on the sole, but normally with Clarks, the size is also printed on the inside of the strap, which its not.
OldGeezer - most definately I will list them as a 3/4 and then explain why I have listed them as this.
Afternoon Redman - its bloody hot here in the South today, about 28 degrees, I've had to leave my thermal vest off. Your goona be married soon, so Rowan will keep you in check {:0)
