How about mini sausage rolls, sausages on sticks, sandwiches, mini pizzas, chicken nuggets, potato wedges, crisps, fairy cakes, jellies and don't forget a little party bag to take home with sweets, a piece of birthday cake and a little gift!!

My friend had a party for her 5yr old son recently and bought all the girls a fairy wand and all the boys a toy sword (fairly inexpensive from the local supermarket)

there is a party venue near here, where the food consists of a huge bowl of oven chips and a hot dog for each child. The kids love it, there is never anything left over, and it's really easy to prepare. Not exactly nourishing, but it's a party after all!

Get 30 brown paper bags and make a packed lunch for each of them. ready cooked sausages ready cooked sausage rolls packet of mini jammy dodgers each an apple cheese strings sandwiches and savoury mini eggs.

4 loaves of bread some cheese some ham chocolate spread and jam. givee all the children a paper plate and a plastic knife and tell them to make their own sandwiches. then have some plates with sausages crisps cakes etc. the kids will have a great time and you could even let them make their own ice creams with sprinkles and sauce. in my experience children dont really worry about eating at a party.

cook a big batch of chips, some large pizzas and chicken nuggets and serve them up !

I would get mini pizza, small sausage rolls, fairy cakes, diluting juice and buscuits you can get all these things cheap in farmfoods, very cheap and no different in taste.
