my 10 year old son has not been allowed to see me because his mum hates my wife. he is 10 can he choose to see us and his sister or can he choose to live with us. The reason she has stopped everything is because he always goes on about what a great time he had with us. he loved my wife like she was his mum and my ex was jealous. We all really miss him but i cannot afford to go to court

Something like this was asked already, maybe some of these answers will help.
Hope you all manage to sort it out.
i think its from the age of 9 they can choose, try google might be info on there, good luck

I think any mother that does this really is not thinking of her child, unless you are an axe murderer or drug dealer, to deprive a child of seeing a parent is the most cruel thing you can do, and she should have just gritted her teeth when he said he had had a happy time with you .. but then you know that already, I wonder if she ever will. I am not a legal expert but hopefully you might be able to get help from a link.

Why oh Why do some parents use the child to get at there ex? She obviously has a problem, just stick in there at the age of 10 his mum has got to start listening or she is in danger of alienating him.

Good luck, hope it works out for you. Ray
