Hmmm,interesting.
I think sometimes IVF can kickstart the bodies naturally fertility so it's not uncommon to conceive naturally after treatment. Infertility can also be very stressful which in itself can cause infertility. I was referred to an IVF clinic after trying for 5 years, I had first appointment just to discuss things and the second appointment was made for three weeks later to have a scan to see if my 'tubes' were blocked. I was so relieved I slept better and felt that at last something was going to happen. Imagine my surprise when 3 weeks later the scan revealed I was 1 week pregnant !

A lady I know had her fisrt naturally, IVF for the second and then another 2 naturally. Not sure why tho and theres not a huge age gap between the first two. But she is also allergic to her husband so maybe shes just odd :)
