i am not married and recently had a baby and we are no longer together do i have rights and will i be able to have access?

(i) seek to get your name added to the birth certificate (with the mother's consent) or
(ii) enter into a parental responsibility agreement with your former partner or
(iii) seek a Declaration of Parentage through a court order.
