has anybody ever successfully had contributions reduced after appealing to the CSA>???

my partner has agreed to pay for his son since the day he split with his ex. the csa have all his details and 4 years later he still hasnt had to pay them a penny so yes a waste of time. he know just gives her money through a bank transfer
The csa are crap. However if you really feel you have been assessed wrong then get in touch for a re-assessment. But your payment will only be reduced if the original assessment was wrong or your circumstances have changed.
