Best cream for a rash?
4 Answers
Hiya,
My 18 month old daugher's had a rash on her tummy for the past few days. They're raised spots/pimples. I don't know whether it could be
i) we've changed our washing powder to fairy (we were using biological before)
ii) bubble bath - johnson's bedtime lavender
iii) she had a jab last fri - but my husband thinks she had it before then.
As I said, the rash is raised and seems to get worse in the bath (I'm just using a tiny bit of infacare for now) so I've been rubbing sudocrem into it. Does anybody know what the best cream would be?
Thanks

Sometimes cream can block the pores and make it worse. You need to work out what has caused the rash. I would stop using the bubble bath and go back to using the old washing powder. You can get natural bubble bath and soap called Aveno which is also good for children with eczema. I think it is sold in Boots or if the rash is confirmed to be eczema the doctor will be able to prescribe it.
