It's amazing how many muscles you can pull falling down stairs (even if not many) from that nano second you slip your whole body tenses up....
You're pregnant though....so it really isn't worth taking any risks. Personally, if I was still in pain in the morning I'd pop to see the doctor/nurse//midwife.

i fell down snow covered stairs at your stage, and went to a+e to be on the safe side which was good as i trapped a nerve :( and madam had taken umberance to it and stopped moving(she was fine-currently destroying her bedroom).
So long as juniors moving regularly, then you should be ok, chest pains ma be because you are panicking hun, just breath. BUR if pain gets worse give midwife/hospital a ringx

my ex did the same thing down a small flight of stairs, houseviewing, We got her checked out very quickly but it was just a case of bruising.....
the doc said that the baby is incredibly well cushioned in there and not to worry..... I would do a read across to you but just get a check up - not least for yourself as one can fall awkwardly to protect "junior"
