is it possible to be pregnant even if had a short period?

I felt different this month, and my period was a 2 days late..but i was only 'on' for a day and half.. I have had terrible mood swings and my stomach is really bloated and firm low down.. even though I bled for a day and half, is it possible I could still be pregnant? Just dont wanna go out and waste money on tests if its unlikely? Thanks in advance C x

yes it is possible to have whats called an implantation bleed or a small belled when your period would have been due.
Id say its worth you taking a test

Im 4/5 months pregnant and i only found out at New Year, I will have caught in september sometime but i have had periods since then so i never knew. My Mum also had periods all the way through when she was pregnant with me.

so did you have no idea.. or had you done tests and they were showing negative? If you dont mind me asking, how did you find out? or was it cos you were getting symptoms ha ha. C x

Tests are relatively inexpensive nowadays, you can get 2 for �5 if you look past the fancy brands and gimmick ones with screens on them!

No i dont mind you asking, I was having periods as normal (well normal for me, they have been a bit messed up since something that happened last year) I found out through going for check ups for a health problem i have, Ive been feeling fine and had no idea!! Just do a test hun xx
