I'm pregnant too, and am not working, I got made redundant in december. I think there's a possibility you could be entitled to job seekers allowance. But the best thing you can do is contact your local benefits office or job centre, they'll be able to tell you.
you may get a maternity grant, think its 300 or something to help with buying things for baby but you need to be on some sort of benefit to claim
You cant get jobseekers allowance unless you are actively seeking a job.
Once baby is born you can claim child benefit and depending on what your partner earns you may be entitled to child tax credits and working tax credits

this may help http://www.dwp.gov.uk/advisers/ni17a/cannot_sm p_ma/
you should be entitled 2 job seekers then just b4 your due date i think you can get income support . The grant you get is for 500 but like redcrx said you need 2 be claiming some sort ov benefits hope you get sorted .
It all depends on what other income is coming into the household as you don't mention a partner.. more info is required to give you better answers
If you have a working partner you can claim Contribution based jobseekers allowance but need to be actively seeking work, to get maternity Allowance you need to have worked for 26 weeks out of the 66 weeks up to your due date,Income Support is payable if you are a lone parent, if you are too ill to work you can claim Incapacity Benefit if you have been paying National Insurance for the last 3 tax years. The maternty Grant is a one off payment for 500 but you need to be in receipt of an income based benefit or Working Tax Credit/Child Tax Credit (full rate). look on www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk.
You can get a maternity grant it was 500 think its gone up to 700, you don't have to pay it back...find out straightaway you only have a limited time to claim before baby born or just after. Wish you well
