Uncomfortable

hi guys
i'm 37 weeks and 4 days this past week i've had what i think are shows (3 of them) and pain quite irregular seen my midwife and the babys engaged and just waiting for me to pop!
went to the toilet this evening and wiped myself and it felt like something was in the way when i looked in the mirror (this sounds really crude sorry!) there was like a big bloody mass hanging out of me.
what do you think this could be??
like i said its really uncomfortable to walk and even having a wee feels odd, hope someone has an idea about what it could be! (and i hope its not the babys head poking out lol)

hi hope you are feeling ok, i had a similar thing with my first and was told it was normal, but mine was a pinky colour, is yours the same? if you feel it was blood then get checked.

it sounds to me as though you have had your 'show' . when i was in labouyr with my first child i had a big ball of jelly like red mucas fall out of me on to the kitchen floor, much to the amusement of my partner! lol. i know this sounds a bit ickky but you could bag it up and take to the midwife with you for a second opinion but i does sound to me that your baby will be on ots way soon. good luck !

thank you guys not too sure as on my first i was induced and off my face on the drugs so can't remember much about his birth and what things should feel like!
having pains now so will be giving midwife a ring soon i think!

ahh sounded to me like you were in labour the engaged thing happended to me and i was like it for 2 weeks so it was hard to tell when she actualy started coming as she was so low down and my waters never broke

hi guys just to let you know i'm still hanging in there!!!
nothing can be one until i have regular contractions (they're not ) or my waters go so annoyingly still stuck like this hopefully will go soon!
