hi

this may seem like a bit of a daft question but me and the OH are thinking about having a city break before the baby comes and are thinking about cold snowy destinations like Finland or Norway. Obviously, at 24weeks pregnant I won't be going skiing or anything too energetic.

Is there any reason why visiting a cold destination at 24weeks pregnant wouldn't be a good idea?

I'm also up for any other suggestions for a nice romantic city breaks for mums-to-be's.

Thanks in advance

(P.S You can tell this is my first pregnancy, can't you?)

Not really. You just have to be careful not to fall on the ice
Come to Whitley Bay. They never grit the roads or the pavements here, you'll love it!
And it's as cold as Norway too eh Mike!
I have been to Whitley Bay.
But will you ever dare return?
Count, I go to Norway specifically to sunbathe.
I would go ba, because it was jolly.

I went on a diving trip. Is there a place called St Mary's Island, or Lighthouse, or something ??

We dived there.

You had to jump a few feet down into the water, and it was quite rough, and I think there were some seals.

Have I got the right place?
why not try somewhere warmer like nice?and you could visit monte carlo.
Dunno, but the Finns and Norwegians manage it !
