I am pretty sure D is not the answer so that narrows it down to 3. A is not practical in the workplace. That leaves two. I'd go fpr C rather than B although the term 'positive self-talk' is not very specific but is probably more appropriate when feeling depressed at one's own performance. In this case C is a nice easy solution
