My wife send pics to males she calls friends that I am not aware of sometimes it may be a picture of her in a bra and underwear or various filters from Snapchat is it wrong that she does this without me knowing and tries to defend it every time I find out knowing that it hurts my feelings she does it over and over again is this considered cheating

It doesn't matter if we consider it cheating it's how you see it. If someone you are in a relationship with is doing something repeatedly that they know you find distressing there is something very wrong. You need to talk. Deeply.

I went thru her phone I have been thru this a couple times I try to give her my absolute best and it kills me when this happens this time I am really having hard time with because I have doing above and beyond to be a good husband and father just trying to keep her attention on me .....10 yrs of marriage is a long time and I love the *** out of her just really puzzled

Seems to me she is either suffering from low self-esteem and you obviously don't trust her, hence the going through her phone. She must have given you cause at some point to do that.

If you both want to save your relationship, maybe consider couples counselling?
