Mega Bloks Man

does anyone remember the mega bloks man that when you pressed a button (i can’t remember where, i think u had to press down the head, but this could be wrong) he say “mega bloks” and he whistles (not sure if that’s the correct order though). i’m pretty sure he was a construction worker, i know he had a hard hat on (don’t know the colour, maybe yellow)? does anyone else remember this? fyi i was born in 2002 so anyone around my age or any parents that remember him?? i tried looking it up online and obviously they’re not sold anymore but i couldn’t find anything about it, it’s like it didn’t exist!
