Did I Desrve To Be Locked Up For Sneaking Out And Drinking Underage ?

2 weekends ago i was grounded for general bad behavour, anyway i wanted to go out with my friends in the evening so i sneaked out, we had a wild time and i got drunk and started to throw dustbins about, the police came and took me home, my parents went mad and i swore at my mum, to my horror when i got home from school last friday i was escorted to my room and LOCKED IN my parents said as i could no longer be trusted to stay in i would be locked in, it was HORRIBLE , i spent the whole weekend locked in my room as a punishment, my parents have said i will serve 4 weekend in total 2 weekends as punishment for sneaking out and another 2 weekends as punishment for drinking underage is this fair ?

Being a bit sexist here, parents will worry more about a young girl with this sort of behaviour than they might if it were a boy - and react accordingly.
I think your parents worry about you and you should try to respond to their concerns sensibly.

Of course you shouldn't be punished, you poor, poor child. You jolly well ought to be allowed to sneak out of the house whenever the inclination takes you and to do whatever your ickle heart desires. And if that means getting absolutely smashed, falling out with dustbins, being arrested, swearing at nasty, uncaring parents, then so be it. It's all part of life's learning curve.
