I work for a commercial cleaning company, and recently my boss asked me to work with a guy who also works for the company, because he kept getting complaints from our clients. He's pretty severely autistic. He has an extreme speech impediment. He talks pretty much nonsense the entire time. Well. He lives by himself, and he was talking about how he needs to empty his garbage before Amanda comes over. He said he needs to make it safe for Amanda, because she's a kid, and If she gets in the trash then he will say no! Get out of the trash. I'm just kind of confused why there would be a little girl at his house. Sounds fishy. I may have completely misunderstood what he said. I asked him later about who he didn't want to get in his trash, and he just started talking about his landlord and just random stuff. Maybe he was talking about his landlord the entire time. He also mentioned that he's going trick or treating with his friends. He's a grown man, and I dont know why he'd be trick or treating unless he was with children. Maybe I'm just overthinking this. Idk. What do you think?

First it's your friend, then your nephew, and now your co worker? No, he is not a paedophile.
You might be overthinking, although natural. As he has autism he will not be as normal as others. Just listen to his babbling and move on.
"He talks pretty much nonsense the entire time." - PP works for your company?
Why have you got this obsession about paedophiles? That in itself is not natural.
