The Red Cross?
Failing anywhere being near to you - how about selling them at a car boot sale? I gave bags of ours away to a friend, and she made 400 in a day!

You're right.

Barnardos.
Your local domestic violence project. Social services or the police should give you a number to ring (you might find a 24 hour telephone number in the book)
My first port of call would be your local refuge ... when people have had to take flight with almost nothing to their name, having gifted clothes at the other end can make a huge difference. My friend said it made a big difference to her to know that someone somewhere had taken the time to do something so nice for a stranger in desperate circumstances. You may have to drop them off at the local cop shop for them to be collected by refuge staff at a later date, for security reasons.
ye here. ages from 1yr to 16yr greatfully acepted lol

how about freecycle people are always looking for childrens clothes, and they come and collect them
Great question pbt, as I was thinking where to send them too. I was horrified a few months ago when I was in a local charity shop and they were selling a nearly new baby grow for 1.85, which I found outrageous. Whilst I would like to help charities I dont like the idea of them ripping off their customers either, I would rather give them to people who need them and can receive them free.
First port of call is probably your health visitor - they often have families that come under their care that would appreciate them. That's where my kids things went when they were little - now we put them in the recycling box or pass them on to friends or family.
eBay them.
