can't someone pick him up/drop him off/pay for a cab?

thanks poodi x
poodi is right let him stay and let his parents know where he is, dont let him stay in the same room as your daughter, its illegal
Get your daughter to sleep in with you if possible and he can sleep in her room - that way you can be sure there's no sneaking about.
Yeah, ring his Mum and tell her the situation. Stick him on the couch and let him know any problems, and you'll call his mum and tell them to come and collect him.
suzie, why would it be illegal?
Put him on the couch and sleep on the landing.
because if they had sexual intercourse and i bet they would if they slept in the same room and they are under 16, its illegal is'nt it?
Having sex under 16 is yeah but allowing them to sleep in the same room isn't. Yes they might have sex but then again they might not.

i wish it was that simple sara ,if i could pay for it i would he stays 65 miles away so taxi isnt an option ,she met him through my niece who stays in the same place (just before anyone asks )its an hour and a half driving time but in this weather would probably be about 2 1/2 hours so by the time someone came to get him it would be 2 half 2 anyway ,then i would worry till we were told they were home safe could be about 5 am sorry for my writing i am in a panic
poodicat- completely agree, I know a couple who weren't allowed to sleep in the same room together (to be fair they were over 16) but they would just do it wherever they go the chance, in his car, in public toilets etc. If they're going to have sex it would be better to let them do it somewhere safe.
Suzie it would only be illegal if they 'got it on' ! just being in the same room is fine.
Cherry, stick him in the spare room or on the sofa, he won't ache in the morning like you would if you sleep on it !!!
sorry poodicat, think I may have misunderstood your answer, sorry if I agreed with something you didn't mean!
Well Cherry's obviously not happy and looking out for her daughter, regarding a young guy she doesn't trust. They may be able to misbehave elsewhere any time, but there is no need for her to aid and abet in these circumstances, especially if she thinks the situation is being manipulated by them. Give him a bed for the night, and that's all!

thank everyone ,hes on his way back everton good thinking i was going to sleep in the livingroom but stairs seem better then he would need to pass me i never thought of her in my room actually sounds even better thanks im still reading answers while writing this i am very grateful to everyone

cherry, you can't chuck him out but he needs a good telling off. anyways, are you worried about them playing up? I'm sure you can sort out the sleeping arrangements, best thing was if she shared with you, as was suggested.
I would do this:

First, call the boy's parents, explain the situation and ask them what they think you should do. He's under 16, so is still their responsibility. You never know till you ask, but they may actually come and pick him up, in which case, problem solved.

However, as sounds much more likely since it's now gone midnight, simply put him up in a spare bed somewhere, but not obviously (!) in your daughter's bedroom. Are you honestly saying that you are incapable of keeping them apart until morning? Surely not...
Perhaps he's Speedy Gonzalez in disguise!
