things you can do at 18

I want to compile a list of things an 18 year old can do. Is there anything a bit fun or unusual, I know they can vote and that sort of thing but I wanted to know of anything out of the ordinary that you can only do when you reach 18. No obvious saucy suggestions though.!!!!! many thanks

At 18 they can do absalutely anything and they know absalutely everything :)

Actually Ummm I think there are still somethings that you need to be over 21 to do, I think there are some driving restrictions on lorries, we have a 20 year old Senior Carer where I work, she is not permitted to be left in charge of the care home untill she is 21.

I must admit Ummm, im usually left in charge of the home and it often feels like im still a schoolboy as most of my work colleagues are young women and like a laugh or two and they all treat me like im one of them and im 52, so maybe I shouldnt be left in charge either lol.

But seriously, we all love our work but A severe dementia unit can be mentally draining at times so we have a laugh to ease the tension at times I think :) and we always share are fun with our lovely residents to make them smile as well. smiles and laughter is very contagious :)

Which reminds, due to the classification at our home, you cant be a resident there until you are an old age pensioner lol, so cant do that at 18, 21, or 25 :))

(don't think either of these really come under "a bit of fun" though!)

my son (now 13) can have a tattoo and have his ear stretched without me killing him.

My daughter will finally be allowed to kiss a boy on the cheek when she's 18. Nothing else though.
And if i find out she's done anything else i'll strangle him with his own willy!!

There's one advantage of being a short stocky bloke, with a bust up nose and a thousand yard stare. I'll scare the shoite out of possible biyfriends!!

And if the look doesn't show them, I'll break out the war collection and start talking about 'confirmed kills' and torture/interrogation methods!

And if that still doesn't work, then i'll bury the body deeply
