my 16 year old daughter has written to her mother explaining she would like to gain access to the property to remove her personal belongings. She gave her mother 2 weeks notice and at first it seemed she her mother had agreed to this. She responded with a text message the day she recieved the letter. she is now refusing to give a new day after the 1st deadline had passed. She is now saying she will do it when she is good and ready...I was told she could get the local police involved. But i would prefer another course of action as i still hope one day for my daughter to have a relationship with her mother
