How many For Christmas Dinner?

My friend has 21 coming - I couldnt deal with it!
I mean he hasnt got a massive mansion, just a 3 bed semi and yet he feels confident he can pull it off somehow.

The most I had was 14. It was easy...but I have an 8 hob cooker and two ovens...plus a hostess trolley :-)

Hope he has a pretty big Turkey to feed that lot and an even bigger Oven to fit it in !

He is attempting turkey, beef and also a fillet steak and chips for one family member who hates roast dinners. Full trimmings and then choice of 2 desserts, trifle and xmas pud I think.
He has a big fancy oven and plenty of room in the kitchen, he also used to work as a chef before changing careers. Its the logistics of where are they going to sit, drinks orders, getting everyone served at the same time and then washing up!!!! My head would explode trying to give everyone a good christmas!

I would put the cooked food into serving dishes and let them help themselves, last thing I would want is a resturant full of people as guests!

Ive got 4. My folks used to cater for about 15 when we were kids

It could be pulled off quite easily but those guests would all need to come with something to contribute to the meal, mainly starters and desserts, arranged in serving dishes so just to put on table or heat in microwave. Main meal meats I'd do, also veg. but things like sage & onion stuffing could be done by others.
