Ex-Directory Numbers

I am trying to get in touch with a friend but have their name and address only. 118118 have told me that they are ex-directory. Is there anyway I can find out what their phone number is?

My name has been posted on here (several times by some) I dont have any children with me.I say where I live if its appropriate in a thread.My number is open to any 'nutter' in the UK and Worldwide so AB is no different :)

Don't be stupid ask the ed to remove the numbers, there are plenty of people who are not members of this site who will see them.

All my nuisance calls stopped when I changed to BT for my broadband. I'm also registered with TPS so hopefully that helps too.
