Hi this is my first post so hope i make sense lol . My partner's son as just completed 3 yrs apprentice commercial technicain as just been sigend off . While doing this he was not given contract via the company , untill last week . The thing i need advice on his ,he's not been informed that redundancies will be made in the compnay due to loss of a big contract .If he is chosen as one of those to leave , will he be due intitiled to anythink . Thankyou , we thought the same .Just he seem's think other wise .
not statutory as he needs to of been an employee for 2 years to qualify but they may pay him something anyway a week or months wages
