Stella Artois Cidre
A few days ago I tried a bottle of this stuff just to see what it tasted like. Also local Coop had it on offer for £1.50(it's in a pint bottle). It was a very pleasant drink although I don't think I could drink much of it as it was just a little sweet for my taste. Any else tried it?

Prefer the bladder game and in my element at the moment re NZ.
1 mile "as the crow flies" - three miles after 3 pints of cider - bit like my golf.

LOL, DTC ...
The "Reds" did not "whip" our team ...
They managed to hold on, and won a tight match. We made them work for it.

Cidre is to cider what Stella is to beer. The Belgians should stick to what they're good at - trappist ales.
We have a local cider maker called 'Mr Whiteheads' who often has his wares at local farmers markets. My favourite is Rhubarb cider, imagine the tartness of rhubarb in a cider. The strawberry cider is too sweet though.
