Money back on empty pop bottles?

Can you still get money back on empty pop bottles? I can remember when the Corona pop man used to come round in the late 70's and you would be able to claim 'coppers' back when you gave in your empty pop bottles.... Thanks

Hi daz i remember them in the late 70's Bar pop botles were the ones around her 10p we got back.
I used to take bag fulls to the shop every week.
With most pop now in plastic they have all fizzled out.

Do you still get the van coming round selling Bon Accord drinks. I think you still get money back on those bottles, but only if you are buying more bottles of pop.

Hi cruella we used to have a pop van coming round our area.But with shops selling the pop for 20/30p they could not compete.
