roast gammon, what sauce?

im having roast gammon for tea and want a nice apple/ cider sauce, ive looked online but cant see any that take my fancy, do any of you have a good recipe? thanks

i don't have a recipe for you offhand but i like honey and mustard sauce with gammon, i should think you could get away with adding cider to that.

If it's the equivalent of a "Sunday" roast i.e. spuds, Yorkshires etc, I'd probably just go for a gravy made from the meat juices, a bit of stock and Worcestershire sauce...

We tend to have cheese sauce with gammon, very nice with cauliflower.

On a completely personal level....I love onion gravy with gammon....oh dear, now I feel very hungry and no gammon in sight hmmm.
