Did a medium sized shop today of £30 and got a specially printed voucher with my receipt - next time, I can get 3p off my shopping. 3p. Was it worth the paper to print it on?

What a waste of paper - and how tight would you look if you actually used it?
Are you sure it was 3p?
3p off each litre of fuel?
Good lord, that is incredible. 1p for each £10 you spend. Don't think I shall be rushing round there then.
It really pees me off when they give you a voucher offering extra points as long as you spend more than you have this time. Maddening.
If you Google "Sainsburys 3p off" - it seems you are not the first to comment on this remarkably generous offer!
they take the p*ss all these supermarkets do all these ''offers'' and they still make millions of pounds a week..i never use them i go to my local shop and do my shopping i get all my frozen food, tinned stuff,i use my local butchers...and get a friendly service not just someone ''zapping'' my goods without a word...tescos,sainsburys,morrisons,asda...you can keep em....
Oh for some local shops!
Bit expensive, though stoke and you cannot get the same range of goods. Also I cannot think of a butcher anywhere near here. They all seem to have closed down. Too much competition from the supermarkets I suppose. Milk in my local shop is £1.52 for a 4 pt bottle. In Aldi it is £1. I am sorry to say I have to shop where it is cheapest.
Wow, puzzled, I think you need a financial advisor, would hate for you just to fritter all that money!!!!!
hmm not really !
What annoys me is that Sainsbury's vouchers are usually only valid if you spend £40 or more. What about those of us who shop for one person, once or twice each week spending about £15 - £20 total? We used to have a co-op that did smaller meat joints too but that has gone so you have to buy a big piece.
