Swedish Meatballs

I am after an easy recipe for Swedish Meatballs. I did have one that was very nice but I cannot find it. Has anyone got one that they have tried and tested please? Thank-You.

Have you got a copy of Jamie Oliver's "Jamie Does..."? I'm sure there's a recipe in there. If not, Google Jamie Oliver & you can search his recipes on line. I'll pop down to the kitchen in a mo' & check my copy to see - I'll get back to you. K

Right, I've had a look. There's one in the book I mentioned, on page 130. I also Googled Jamie Oliver & after a bit of a search, found another recipe. If you search for "Swedish Meatballs" & tick the box that says "Search Member Recipes", you'll find it. Hope all that makes sense!! The recipe in the book is quite a long one, too long really to try & post on here. Happy cooking! K x

Thank-you Kleiber. I have got quite a few of the Jamie Oliver books but am not sure which one you are referring to. I'll have a look on page 130 of each of them! :) Thank-you once again. I shall be making them tomorrow evening.

Hi again, flip. The book is called "Jamie Does" - i.e. Jamie does Spain, Italy, Sweden, France & a few other countries. It's brilliant. Anyhow, how did the meatballs turn out?
