anyone got a good recipe for these swedish type spicy meatballs. peppers and garlic and chilli thrown in ?

i get the already mixed pork and beef mince and add tomato puree, softened onions, mustard powder, garlic, salt & pepper (no reason why you couldn't add chilli) mix and then form balls and cook
i prefer to oven bake them (rather than fry) then add them to whatever sauce I'm having with it or quite often i have them stuff in a pitta with tzatiki and salad

I suspect that you're hoping to use the 'Scan' brand (or similar) type of meatballs, which are sold in some supermarkets.
