We have a fillet off a leg of Gloucester Old Spot pork, crispy golden crackling and bramley apple sauce, new potatoes and roast potatoes, spring greens, minted peas new season carrots and a sage, onion and sausage meat stuffing, proper meat juice gravy. And if anybody has room after that, I've got a lemony fresh Raspberry cheesecake, or fresh cream strawberry trifle for pud.

We had a shop-bought lasagne which was pretty dreadful, tbh. I cooked some chips in my Tefal shallow-fat fryer and they were good.

Should've cooked a proper Sunday lunch but we'd been out all morning and decided to take the lazy option. Big mistake.
Roast beef Yorkshire puddings and onion gravy, baby carrots and cabbage, with roast and mashed potatoes. Followed by Coffee with Tia Maria and strawberry shortcake with cream.
