I love roasted veg and saw a cookery program that put peppers in a sealed plastic bag, to make it easy to remove skins. What are the first steps - I only saw the end.

Place the cut peppers under a hot grill, and cook till the skin turns black. You can lightly oil then if wanted. Then place into a plastic bag, and seal and leave, when cool the skins just peel off.
