Right, - after much thought I've decided what we're having for our evening meal, Jacket potato's fried sirloin steak with a green salad + colslaw.
Afterwards Strawberry's & vanilla ice cream + choc sauce.
Not much effort there, quick and easy.
Very nice too. Ours is turkey mince with lots of veg in a lovely gravy with dumplings though I could certainly give that up for something like you have Jemisa.
We had spag bol yesterday and I made a quiche lorraine, and strawberries with raspberries and ice-cream. Today we have had rump steak and salad - no chips I'm trying to cut down. For dessert I had and M & S trifle.
Just had roast chicken, with "pigs in blankets", sugar snap peas and carrots from the garden, brocolli cheese, cabbage, and potatoes roasted in goose fat. Pudding was homemade rice pud. Tasted good after all the salads and pasta we have been eating lately!
Well as I'd cleaned out my cupboards on sunday, I thought I'd use up the last of my bottled roasted tomato, garlic and onion with fresh herbs sauce, so I made a meat (50-50 pork and minced steak) lasagne, salad and garlic bread I only had a small square of it but it was very tasty. picked a few raspberries in the garden (shh, don't tell anybody, I shouldn't go out there in case I fall) and had some in some yoghurt.
oh dear, headwreck, i mustve got confused, when should i have done the bangers and mash? lol. must try and find the rest of statistics, so i know what to do tomorrow :)
