Can I reheat cous cous safely?

Yes, I do it often.

Thanks boxtops - thought it might be like rice where you have to really careful.

I reheat rice too, I zap it in the microwave to make sure it's really hot right through.

PS it's leaving it at room temperature which is dangerous - stick it in the fridge as soon as it's cooled, then you can safely reheat it. http://www.food.gov.u...edia/pdfs/riceind.pdf
