Does anyone know exactly what they put on the toast, underneath the cheese and sliced tomatoes? It tastes a bit like the tomato sauce which is used on pizzas and is really yummy!

Thanks Headtime. I'm sure it's not just tomato puree. It seems to have a herby taste to it. Just wondered whether the 'sauce' has a brand name and whether it can be bought in an 'ordinary' shop.
