Does anyone know the best way to get ''Mellow'' on booze with the least calorific intake ,please ?

Try Marstons Low C bottled beer, it has been around for years, and only 1.65g carb per 330ml bottle. It was originally made in the 1960's, for diabetics.

Went to Slimmers World a couple of years ago and the conclusion of this discussion was always vodka with low calorie mixers.

Gin and slimline tonic is the lowest and most pleasant tasting, give it a go!!

Be honest, it's not just the booze it's the kebab afterwards because the booze makes you starving hungry !
