I need some ideas for different flavoured mayonnaise ideas or ideas on what to put in different mayonnaises, also can you make mayo with olive oil?

I put chilli and garlic in mine.

I mix sweet chilli sauce with mine - especially nice with chicken or fish cakes.

A touch of curry paste or those hot Indian pickles. The cheapo ones that you buy don't have any olive oil in them.

I buy normal mayo and put thai dipping sauce in it.

i don't like olive oil mayo.

i love mine with garlic, try smoked or roasted its super lush also with a bit of paprika

Yes you can use olive oil but a half and half with a bland oil is best as olive oil is quite strong in flavour and can over power.

Chipotle chilli, horseradish, wasabi, garlic, soft herbs, tomato ketchup & American mustard (will make Heston's burger sauce, Worcester sauce and mustard, curry powder/paste, capers, the list goes on and on and on.......

Lemon juice in mayo is lovely with calamari.

blend raspberries and chipotle pepper together to taste, preferably strong as it will dilute in the mayo, smidge of black pepper and add to mayonnaise

great for sarnies, cold salmon, whatever

can be found in waitrose and I believe sainsbury - tastes like a smoky cayenne pepper with a soft chilli bite on it and delish......
