Storing Part Used Lemon
32 Answers
I only use around three slices of a whole lemon when I make up my G & T's in the evening, so can anyone suggest the best way to store the lemon until the following evening? I'd hate it to dry up!
Thank you

(But I've no idea why the bubbles in it are meant to make it last longer than ordinary water!). Most bars throw out unused lemon slices at the end of the day but those that keep them often put them in a fridge, still in the (by now flat) soda water.
So simply putting the cut lemons into water, and then in your fridge, will probably do the trick. Alternatively, simply drink more G&Ts, then you won't be left with part-used lemons ;-)
